Going to dentist can uneasy. When walking through the door office staff greet you with very positive greetings make you feel welcome. Doctor and his staff very professional and make you feel very comfortable. He is also concerned about you and your feelings and your health. I would recommend my friends and family to visit them.

Called at last minute with a toothache. Said they would fit me in to take a look but may not be able to pull it if needed due to jammed schedule. They not only pulled the tooth... I didn't even know it was out. Great team, quick and professional. Zero pain! I would definitely recommend family and friends.

Dr. Wilkinson and his assistance was polite and very professional. He reviewed and explained the x-ray to my husband and I. He also explained the procedure and why that particular procedure had to be done. This was our first time going to Bencaz. The staff was polite and friendly.

Great experience at this dental office. Was a little nervous what they would suggest for my care plan. Previously visited another dentist office which wanted $550 up front and was referring me to a periodontist. After getting X-rays Dr. Brown confirmed everything looked good and Ms. Annie would take care of me and get my teeth all cleaned up. Annie told me she would have to do a deep cleaning. I was really fearing this because I had I deep cleaning before with the water jet and it caused a lot of pain. Annie was very good with the water jet. I had no pain at all. She was informative and took her time explaining what she was going to do and why she was doing it. This has been the best dental cleaning I’ve ever received. I would suggest them to anyone looking for a dentist. And did I mention they were less then half the cost of the other dentist.

First and foremost I DO NOT LIKE THE DENTIST. -PERIOD- with that being Said I wish I would have had the opportunity to go to bencaz years ago. It has been a total relief and pleasure to deal with everyone in the office. From the ladies at the front desk to the assistant (hailey) taking me to my room and dealing with me to the couple of other assistants I simply passed in the hall to to dentist himself ( Dr. David brown ) I can't say enough as to how friendly and helpful everyone was. I have a few more serious appointments to attend with them an I look forward to going. They have my absolute trust and that is saying a lot. I'm 66 and have bad teeth because of my past dentist experiences. I just want to tell everyone there thank you very much.

Absolutely LOVE Dr. Wilkerson. He sees my 13 year old son and is so gentle with him. My son had a second filling on his tooth yesterday and unexpectedly received a call from Dr. Wilkerson himself this afternoon checking on my son. Hands down would recommend him to anyone. Love his assistant too!

I am always so nervous to go to the Dentist. My husband and my daughter accompanied me for support. The whole office was so understanding and nice. It was my first visit to this Dentist office. We moved from Texas. The Dentist was so nice and understanding he explained step by step what was going to happened with the extraction. He made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. His assistant was so nice and comforting she had the prettiest smile. I have definitely chosen this dentist office to be where I go from now on. The Front office was also very nice and friendly. Let me start by saying the staff at Bencaz Dental is top notch. Starting with Randee Who always checks me in, she knows I have tremors and my handshake and I have a hard time riding. I so appreciate that. Just wanted you to know how much that means to me. And then there’s Dr. Derrickson that has a smile on his face every time he walks in the door. Always puts me ease! I saved the best for last there’s Crystal. I’m not sure if she’s his assistant I think that’s what she is. God sent she has gone way out of her way for me on more than one occasion yesterday when I went into the office I had just had a seizure so I had to come there in a ride and I decided to walk to McDonald’s to get something to eat and she was willing to walk across the street with me just to make sure I got there safely. Where do you get that kind of service from Dentist Office?

I would have to say one of the BEST dentist experiences ever. Dr. Wilkinson and his staff were extremely patient, accommodating and informative. I felt respected and heard, NOT rushed and ….one of my biggest concerns about going to the dentist is the cost (NOT a concern at all!) They were not pushy telling me what I ‘had’ to do. If you are looking for a dentist….GO TO BENCAZ dentists!!!!

This was by far the best experience. I felt calm and at ease through the whole process. My dental plan was written out and explained in layman terms! No hidden fees. I asked A LOT of questions which were all answered with knowledge and patience.

I dont do dentist, but when I do, I do Bencaz. I am a 52 year old that turns into a 3 year old at the dentist. This crew goes above and beyond to take care of their patients. Thank you!

2024❣️ still exceeding expectations 🦷🪥11/2023 update: Again, Bencaz exceeded expectations. Dr. Wilkinson did prep & a crown for an old filling that finally broke. He was amazingly gentle, efficient & did a Great job❣️ Had my quarterly deep clean with Bren, who’s also great❣️ I’m scheduled to see them again in 3 months. They’ve done a great job of helping me correct & manage my issues caused by medical problems. I can’t say enough good things about them❣️ hygienist, doctors & receptionists ❣️ I came to Bencaz about 2 years ago from another local dentist. I’d been with them 7+years,& was having billing issues. Bencaz was able to correct 2 years of work I needed (that was covered), and has significantly helped me get things back on track. If you get to see Mrs. Laura; you’re lucky, she’s the best❣️ I’ve had 2 dentists here and both have been wonderful, especially considering my high needs when I came to them ❣️ they’ve worked with me on appointments, getting me to two specialists & I definitely recommend them ❣️😊

1st visit was smooth sailing. Was disappointed on 2nd visit. Waited 1 hour past my appointment time then I sat in the chair for an additional 45 minutes waiting for service. Dental work was great, I guess I would have been more patient if I didn't have other business obligations to attend to but this delay caused me problems. I hope the 3rd visit is better. If the doc was running behind I would have rather be told that at the beginning and rescheduled.

I have been going to Bencaz now for a few years EVERY single time, no matter who worked with me that day it was a positive experience. I recently broke a front tooth and needed it fixed ASAP. Not only did they get me in the very next morning at 8 am. They got it repaired and took care of a couple other things for me so I could walk out smiling brightly. Not to mention I have a fear of dentist and they make me feel welcome, comforted, and safe. I would recommend them to anyone. They truly are the absolute best! My visit on 2-15-24 went very well. The appointment was on time and the service delivered was excellent. My mouth didn’t regained the feeling until almost 5 hours after being administered but I guess that’s normal.

Just left my first visit at Bencaz. Everyone from the girls at the front desk, to all the people I saw in the back were super nice. They called me back to be seen within minutes of me sitting down. From what I saw, the office was very clean. They gave me a treatment plan and explained everything thoroughly. Overall, it was a great visit and I’ll definitely be sticking with this office.

The front desk staff were courteous and prompt checking me in. I had a 5 pm appointment and checked in around 4:15 pm. The dental hygienist took me back to the exam room within 5 minutes of my checking in to my delight! Dr Brown took time to exam my teeth thoroughly and have a casual conversation about vacations and his family’s favorite place to visit.

I’ve been a fan of Bencaz Dental since we started except for a brief stint with a provider who isn’t there anymore but I’ve been especially impressed by our new dentist. Dr. Wilkinson is so good! All of my kids have noticed the difference in his treatment, the way he cares about them and communicates with them. He just called to check on my daughter who had a not so fun afternoon after a tricky tooth pill yesterday and back when my son had a repair done that seemed to have not been done correctly by the previous provider (my assumption not his words) he worked hard to keep him comfortable and checked on him several times as well. I was [this.close] to switching dentist offices before Dr. Wilkinson and I’m so happy I didn’t!

I visited this office last week and I just felt the need to go on here and review this place. I LOVE the inviting environment the staff makes for their guests! I always get nervous getting x-rays done, but the assistant, Madalyn, walked me through the process and eased my anxiety. I am so glad that Bencaz ensures we are taken care of!
